The second webinar, titled “Collaborative Ecosystems and Manufacturing as a Service: How to Cooperate in Synergy,” will explore how to build interconnected supply chains through collaborative systems and platform-based manufacturing. Projects will present real-world use cases that demonstrate how integrating advanced technologies and fostering cooperation among industrial actors can generate tangible value within shared ecosystems.
In addition to showcasing use cases, the session will focus on strategies to move solutions from pilot implementations to real market applications. Speakers will discuss next steps toward commercialization, including potential business models, scalability of results, and key enabling factors for market adoption.
